By creating an account or using Zoomiez, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Zoomiez. If you are between 13 and 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has consented to your use of the app.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support@zoomiez.app immediately.
Zoomiez requires an active subscription ("Zoomiez Pro") to use the app. A free trial is available on the annual plan. Pricing may vary by region.
The scores, ingredient analysis, and nutritional information provided by Zoomiez are for informational purposes only and do not constitute veterinary, medical, or professional dietary advice. Always consult a qualified veterinarian before making changes to your pet's diet, especially if your pet has health conditions or special dietary needs.
You retain ownership of any photos you contribute through the contribution feature. By submitting a contribution, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and process the submitted photos solely for the purpose of maintaining and improving the Zoomiez product database. You represent that you have the right to submit any photos you contribute.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Delete my data. If you have an active subscription, you must also cancel it separately through iOS Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that product data is complete, accurate, or up to date. Nutritional information and food scores are algorithmically generated and may contain errors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to damages related to pet health outcomes based on information provided by the app. Total liability is capped at the greater of amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim or $50 CAD.
Any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the app must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim, or it is permanently barred.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app, your contributed content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Apple is not responsible for the app and provides no support for it. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may request a refund from Apple. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and all remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Brunswick.
